Hi there. If you have gotten this far, you probably find neuroimaging interesting just like I do. The following is, however, a friendly heads up. The aim of this blog is not addressing complex MRI analyses since my knowledge on the topic is, unfortunately, still basic.
I am a psychologist interested in MRI analysis, but I haven’t received any formal training on it. I am very grateful to my colleagues and other researchers that took the time and made public their notes so others like me could benefit. Since I genuinely believe in democratising knowledge, the whole-point of this blog is to provide some insights to those with a similar background. For this, I will try to account for everything as clear and exhaustive as possible. This blog won’t limit to the basics in MRI analysis. Slow but steady, I am moving towards the greener pastures of Rstats, so you will see a little bit of this around as well.
Needless to say, I am open to and will definitely appreciate any commentary to improve the blog’s content. If you want to contact me, you can drop me a message on Twitter or at the email account I posted in the CV section. Thank you and stay tuned!
